Michael McGillen, Office Manager
I have a marketing degree from the University of California Fullerton. I have been in the ittmanharmaceutical field for over ten years. I work closely with Dermatology and Skin Cancer Consultants’ staff and referring physicians to promote a smooth and pleasant patient experience. My primary goal is that every patient is treated with kindness, professionalism and respect. I enjoy running, reading, writing, traveling and walking my dog Jack.
Jenifer Gonzalez, Nurse Manager
I have 14 years of nursing experience and have worked with leading experts in the fields of Dermatology, Mohs and Plastic Surgery. I have worked for several top surgeons including Dr. Bosley, founder of The Bosley Medical Institute, which specializes in hair restoration; Drs. Richard and Peter Grossman who are founders of the Grossman Burn Center in Sherman Oaks, California; and Dr. Vincent Hung who is a Mohs surgeon. I am a member of the Dermatology Nurses’ Association. I am married and have 3 children. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, working out, reading, cooking and supporting my children in their activities.
Roselyn Rodriguez, Clinical Supervisor
Since graduating from West Tennessee Business College I have worked in family practice, dermatology and Mohs surgery. What I enjoy the most about being a nurse is helping and taking care of others. I was a part of the U.S. Army Reserve for 8 years. I have a beautiful daughter named Thalia. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, but I have been living in Tennessee since 2002. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family, watching movies and traveling.
Ashley Springer, Nurse
I graduated from West Tennessee Business College in 2013. I was raised in Atwood TN, and currently live in Milan. I started my nursing career at Dermatology and Skin Cancer in 2013. I enjoy my job and love serving our patients. Nursing is one of my many passions. I also enjoy taking mini weekend getaways and love spending time with my sweet daughter Mallory.
Amanda Draper, Nurse
I have been in the health care field for over 8 years now. My passion has always been in the health care field and taking care of others. I love working here at Dermatology and Skin Cancer Consultants and taking care of all of our patients. I am married and have a son and a daughter. In my spare time I enjoy being with my family and friends, doing activities with my children, church, and going to the lake.
Brittani Lopez, Patient Associate
I am 20 years old and I enjoy playing soccer, reading, and playing with my cats. I am about to enter my 4th year as a Biomedical Engineering major at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I have worked here since 2012, helping out at the office during all of my breaks from school. I am planning on going to medical school after I graduate to pursue a career in Dermatology. Working here with Dr. Carranza, along with the other providers, has sparked my interest for Dermatology and continues to drive me towards my goal. I always look forward to coming home from school to work at Dermatology and Skin Cancer Consultants
Jeannie Beth Jackson, Nurse
I grew up in Trenton, TN where I attended Peabody High School. I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology and I minored in Chemistry. I have worked in the medical field since 2006 and thoroughly enjoy interacting with patients and monitoring their progress. I enjoy music, being outdoors, and cats.
Nicky Stroud, Nurse
I always knew I wanted to be in the medical field, but didn’t know exactly what specialty. After graduating from West Tennessee Business College, I worked in family practice. I didn’t discover my passion for dermatology until I took a job here. I am happily married, and we are expecting our first child in September 2017. I am a member of Trenton Church of Christ. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, painting/crafts, cooking, and traveling.
Danielle Kolwyck, Patient Associate
I have been working in the health care field for about 4 years now. I enjoy being able to help others. I love being a part of Dermatology and Skin Cancer Consultants. The staff is very nice and caring and a great place to work. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends.
Aaron Stricklin, Nurse

I have always enjoyed helping people and finding a positive way to improve their lives. I am a native of West Tennessee and reside in Milan, TN. My hobbies include outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, and playing the guitar.
Grace Jewel, Patient Associate
I was born and Raised in Dyer, TN. I graduated from Gibson County High School in 2014. I enjoy interacting with patients at Dermatology and Skin Cancer Consultants and look forward to building my career in health care. I am a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church in Dyer and my dad has been a Pastor there for the past 8 years now, I love my church family and getting to spend time with them as well. When I’m not at work I like to spend time with family and friends enjoying the outdoors.

Born & raised in Jackson, I am excited to be back in the area as part of the nursing staff here at DSCC. I have over 20 years in healthcare & have a strong passion for helping others. I am married with 2 children & 2 grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy camping, summer BBQ’s & LSU football.

I was born and raised in Trenton, TN where I graduated from Peabody High School in 2012. I graduated from UT Martin in August of 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies. I just recently got married to my wonderful husband in October 2016. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
Haley Wray, Nurse
I am a recent graduate from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance. I currently reside in Milan, TN. I love traveling, photography, animals, and the Tennessee Vols. I enjoy caring for and helping people, so I’m glad to be a part of the Dermatology and Skin Cancer Consultant family.
Logan Wall, Patient Associate
I am 23 years old. I was born in Madison County, raised in McNairy County, and now currently living in Gibson County which is where I attended Peabody High School and graduated in 2012. I went to Dyersburg State Community College in 2016 which is where I became certified in phlebotomy, EKG, and obtained certification as a medical assistant. I thoroughly enjoy working for Dermatology and Skin Cancer Consultants; the staffs, along with our patients, are so wonderful! I am soon to be married and together we have a 3 year old son. In my spare time I simply enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and also enjoy being outdoors.
Beni Diaz, Patient Associate
My name is Beni. I am currently a student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I have been working here part time since 2014. I am majoring in Kinesiology and my goal is to go to Physician’s Assistant school and return to the clinic to continue seeing the patients I have helped care for in the last few years. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, and playing with my cat, Jinx.

I was born and raised in Brownsville, TN. I am one of seven children. Graduated from Haywood High School in 2011. I am a graduate of West Tennessee Business College. I have two wonderful little boys that I would give the world for. In my free time I love spending time with family and friends. I enjoy working at Dermatology and Skin Cancer Consultants and interacting with the patients that we serve.

I was born and raised in Jackson, Tn. I graduated in 2014 from South Side High School. This opportunity to work with such an amazing staff has opened my eyes to so many possibilities and experiences. I enjoy interacting with our patients and seeing how big of an impact we here at Dermatology and Skin Cancer Consultants make in their lives. Getting to come to work and go home every day knowing I helped make a difference is what keeps me going.
