Mohs Surgery on a Squamous Cell carcinoma in Situ on anterior right neck.

Patient underwent Mohs Micrographic Surgery after discovering a Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Situ (skin cancer) on anterior right neck measuring at approximately 1.3 cm x 1.0 cm pre-operatively. The non-melanoma skin cancer was fully and successfully excised. Given the location of the tumor, for the best cosmetic outcome the patient and surgeon agreed to complete Mohs surgery with reconstruction measuring a final length of 5.5 cm. The after photograph displayed is 14 days and 3 months post-operation. Patient is pleased with results thus far.
