Dr. Lucas is a Board Certified dermatologist who has practiced in Jackson since 2009.

She was raised in Quitman, Louisiana and attended Louisiana Tech University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in biology. She obtained her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans where she was awarded membership into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She continued her medical training as an intern in internal medicine at the Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama where she was given the award for Excellence in Teaching by an Intern. She complete her residency training in dermatology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she also served as Assistant Professor of Dermatology. Dr. Lucas enjoys both general and surgical dermatology and manages both common and rare skin disorders in patients of all ages. She has a special interest in pediatric dermatology.

She is married with two children and enjoys college football, reading, running and spending with her family and friends.
