Forms of payment

In addition to insurance plans, we also see patients on a private pay or cash basis. If you are unable to provide proof of insurance or if you’re a private pay patient, we ask for payment in full at time of service. Please inform the patient associate you speak with when scheduling your appointment your billing preference.

Privacy Policy

Dermatology and Skin Cancer Consultants, PLLC maintains all information related to patients and medical care in the strictest confidence. We require a written authorization signed by the patient or guardian in order to release information from the medical record. The written authorization must be specific as to the name of the party to whom the information is to be given. Written authorization may be revoked at any time by notifying the office.
